Ashley Mitchell Salon and Spa

Yesterday, I visited Ashley Mitchell hair salon in Cypress, Texas, for my appointment, courtesy of my son's treat. The staff's greeting was warm, and I was treated like royalty. I was offered a selection of chicken & waffles or shrimp and grits, and I couldn't resist having both. My stylist provided top-notch service, showcasing exceptional consistency and professionalism. The staff's humor contributed to an excellent experience, leaving me feeling pampered and satisfied with my hair. Thank you Journey for the experience.

I’ve visit this salon a few times now and service over all is great. My stylist is Brandon and he is amazing. My first visit was a walk in, he approached me sat down with me a did a mini consultation to get a feel of my hair goals and styling needs. I was natural at the time and was considering a relaxer and cut. He did the cut in a way I was able to maintain styling at home in between visit. His bed side manner is great. Always make sure I’m comfortable. I hate the dryer cause it makes my scalp itch. He wraps me up like a mummy to ensure it’s minimal to no discomfort after the fact. I recommend him to anyone especially if your a pixie cut girly like myself. The salon itself is a vibe and they offer complimentary water and snacks. If you’re looking for a new salon or even a backup stylist go check him out. Thanks Brandon for all your work and expertise.

I am truly impressed with the services I received today! I called the salon on a whim based off of a quick Google search for what was close to me. I have not been to a salon in many years so I was hesitant walking in, but I am SO HAPPY I gave it a shot!! First off the salon has great vibes. It's small and personal but vibrant. Great energy coming from everyone in and I felt comfortable immediately. It was very clean and smelled great. My stylist Brandon is just a ball of sunshine. He is attentive and caring and I truly appreciate it how well he listened to what I wanted and my dues and don'ts about my cut. He made sure to check in with me throughout the process to make sure everything was to my liking and by the end I felt amazing. I truly cannot say enough good things about him and he has made a client for life! I highly recommend giving this place a shot!

Service here is very professional and the atmosphere is very calming. I and my son's hair and another friend's hair braided here multiple times and each time to perfection. They also have a line of natural haircare products that are affordable and healthier than retail products.

Came to this salon for the first time and left super happy! I needed my hair curled before a photoshoot, and they were able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday, which I really appreciated. Jamie did an amazing job, my curls turned out beautiful and held all day, even through humidity and rain. Great service, I’ll definitely be coming back!
