Customer feedback is not entirely uniform, so it is sensible to inspect items before purchasing. One reviewer reported finding a Buddha statue cracked after opening its box at home and advised checking boxed purchases in the store. Another raised a concern about the authenticity of Labubu figures, while also describing the shop as cool overall. These are individual experiences rather than a guarantee about every product, but they are practical reminders: examine the item and packaging, and ask questions about a product when authenticity or condition matters to you.
