Sign in to reviewI’m so grateful for the wonderful care I received at Asian Health Services. From the front desk staff to the nurses and doctor, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Even though I was feeling unwell, I could feel the positive and caring atmosphere throughout the clinic. A special thank you to Dr.Kevin Li who helped me with chest pain I had been experiencing for two days. He was thoughtful, compassionate, and took the time to listen and help. I’m also very grateful to the nurse who called and fit me in for an appointment at the last minute before closing on a Friday. Thank you to all the staff for your dedication and kindness. I’m so glad we found this place and highly recommend it.
The staff here is very kind and helpful. Truly go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as a patient. Very grateful for the front desk staff and Dr. Kevin Li
It’s a fake rating of 5 stars service. One star is even too much for them. I wish I can give negative. The service is just below a rating scale. Patient care is so terrible. My parents have Medical, and we live in San Leandro. They only speak Vietnamese. That's the only reason my parents come here. If I have a different choice, I won't let my parents go there. It seems to me the doctor and nurse never read patient's medical record before they see a patient. My dad complained about his stomach and the pain on his left side. They asked him to get a x-ray done for pain diagnosis. Then, couple of urine and fece test to check his stomach whether has a virus. My dad did everything, the result come out for so long, but they never get back to us and tell us if he's ok or not. Then, when he came back for the check up, he said to the doctor again about the symptoms still remaining. Guess what doctor told him. Go take the x-ray, finish urine and feces test. It's so ridiculous! They don't even take a look on a result, and just tell you do what they had studied in medical school as a robot. To my Mom, she's waiting months to months for the referral to neurologist. Not only that, my mom has to wait for the prescription from the doctor. When we call them, the nurse acts as we're nuts, and don't know anything. They said the doctor didn't put the note anything about prescription to be prescribed. And they have no idea. If anything happend, we can go to emergency. Also, one time my mom came for a bad cough. Then, she didn’t know if the doctor already send the prescription to walgreen as usual or not. We came to walgreens, and there was nothing for her cough. We tried to call back, and the doctor said we could get anything over the counter. The doctor didn’t even give us a name of the cough syrup. Also, the doctor didn’t mention that to my mom at the day she visited. My mom just went back home and waiting for nothing. Keep away from this clinic if you don’t want to waste your time and keep your family with healthy. I'll definitely look for a better place. There are still a lot of doctors who care about patient.
I love my doctor she's the best Jackie Chen ;)
Most of the reception staffs and nurses are unprofessional and unfriendly.
