Customer feedback describes a range of experiences. Some reviewers say they have returned over several years and appreciate the staff’s effort to improve, while another reviewer praised a massage therapist by name. Other customers report being dissatisfied with the service, session length, communication, or charges. The business has a listed rating of 3.6 out of 5 from 51 reviews, reflecting that opinions are mixed rather than uniformly positive. These reviews can offer useful context, but individual experiences may differ. For a more comfortable visit, consider sharing your preferences clearly before the session and speaking up if you would like the pressure, focus, or pace adjusted.

Before visiting Asian Spa Massage, confirm the current service price, expected session length, payment options, and any gratuity policy directly with the business. This is especially helpful because some reviews raise concerns about how long appointments lasted and how charges or tips were handled. Ask what the quoted price includes and check the receipt before leaving. Clear confirmation can help prevent misunderstandings and give you a better basis for deciding whether the appointment suits your budget and expectations. If you have a particular area you want addressed, such as your neck or shoulders, mention it when arranging the visit and again at the start of your massage.

Asian Spa Massage may suit customers who want to explore a conveniently located massage spa in Chandler and are comfortable checking details in advance. Its seven-day schedule offers flexibility for different routines, while the mixed reviews make it sensible to approach the visit with clear expectations rather than assuming every appointment will be the same. The spa is at 5865 W Ray Rd in Chandler, Arizona; verify the address and hours before setting out in case details change. For anyone seeking a massage in the area, a direct conversation about available services, timing, price, and preferences is a practical first step toward deciding whether this business is the right fit.
