Assisting Hands has been a godsend in helping coordinate my post-hospital care. I needed assistance when it was time for discharge, and they provided a caregiver who was able to transport me home, and help me get settled in and safe. She returned each day to help me with personal care and light housekeeping, and she took me to my doctors’ appointments. Scheduling was easy and the office staff and coordinator Henny were all caring, compassionate, and efficient. If the situation arises again when I need in-home care I will be very comfortable using Assisting Hands again.

I’ve been working with Assisting Hands in Frisco for a while now, and I can honestly say this is one of the most supportive agencies I’ve ever been part of. As a caregiver, you really feel the difference when a company genuinely respects and stands behind their staff and this team truly does. There was a situation with a client in Prosper who came from a VERY different cultural background than mine, and at times the interactions became uncomfortable.
