The business has a 4.9-star rating from 177 reviews, reflecting strong feedback from customers who describe their visits as comfortable and restorative.

Customer experiences highlight Thai massage as a signature option, including longer appointments such as a 90-minute session. Reviewers also mention Swedish massage and the choice to book individual massages rather than a couples massage. These details may help you decide what to ask about when arranging a visit, especially if you have a preferred style or are planning to come with someone else. One first-time Thai massage guest shared that they enjoyed the session, while another reviewer appreciated massage work that included stretches and helped them feel more flexible. Ask the spa about current availability and service details when booking.

Several reviews describe a calm, welcoming setting, soothing music, and a clean, well-maintained room. Guests mention courteous service and therapists who take care to make them feel comfortable. For people seeking a quieter break, the atmosphere may suit a restorative visit; for those who carry tension in their back or shoulders, reviews also describe detailed attention to those areas. One long-time customer says they have followed therapist Sara to this location after receiving care from her since 2022, and specifically praises her work with chronic back pain and stiff shoulders. Individual needs and experiences vary, so share your preferences and concerns with your therapist.

Visitors describe the massage as attentive from head to toe, with pressure adjusted to feel right for them. Thai massage and stretching may appeal to guests looking for more than a standard relaxation session, while Swedish massage is another option mentioned by customers. The reviews also point to service that feels personal: one guest recounts that Patty returned after closing to provide a scheduled massage. That account is a customer’s experience, not a promise of after-hours service, so it is best to arrange your appointment in advance and confirm timing directly.
