I'm a longtime patient of Dr. Anna Nguyen at AMA. I have the highest respect for her professionalism. She doesn't rush through appointments, and she actively listens and appropriately responds when I ask questions or express concerns. The PA, nurses, lab staff, and office staff are all very capable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this medical team!

Outstanding first impression with AMA! I was greeted by the front desk tech that verified & ensured the online enrollment was completed. Very nice and organized office. Ms Emily Beddingfield is super nice and extremely thorough. I was offered allergy testing and discovered I do have some! Very pleased with AMA. Thanks!

I absolutely love this office. The staff is always so nice and they work with me when my copay is due. Emily is one of the best providers I’ve seen in a long time. She takes the time to listen to my issues and provides the best care possible!

no grace for new patient, they have a 10min policy, I arrived just 12 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and there was no one at the front desk when I got there…. so take that into consideration… and was told to wait Despite that, I was turned away.

When my PCP left Texas I had to find a new PCP. After, much research I decided to try Austin Medical Associates. It didn’t take me long to figure out that I had made the right choice. Dr. James Kahn and the staff at Austin Medical Associates are amazing. The staff, while maintaining a very professional atmosphere, were incredibly kind and helpful. The moment I walked through the door I felt like I was in the “right” place. Once I checked in, I was almost immediately called back to the doctor’s office. It was very obvious that Dr. Khan was genuinely concerned about taking care of my health needs. He was willing to spend whatever amount of time it took to be sure that he knew as much as possible about my medical history, especially anything related to the reason for the current visit. I could not be happier. I feel very confident that I’m in good hands.
