I have been a patient of Dr. Ramos for just under a year and have been extremely satisfied with the care I have been receiving. I meet with Dr. Ramos on a regular basis for care and insights relating to sports performance/longevity, such as Vo2 max testing and DEXA scanning. I highly recommend Dr. Ramos for anyone interested in their health and wellness, with care provided in a customized and differentiated way. The services he provides have given me great insight into different variables relating to my health specifically, and how to best optimize for longevity. Beyond simply providing the tests, Dr. Ramos takes the time to answer questions and patiently explain the science behind what we are looking to achieve and how our bodies work.
