Auto Care Central is a Super "A" complimentry Dream Team of Repair professionals. My wife and I had her 2014 Cadillac CTS towed to 4 different shops before finding this place of the nicest, honest, transparent owner/operator Jeff and Head Auto shop Manager Michael. We wasted out our AAA towing service limit trying to find an honest capable mechanic. We were told by 3 local repair shops in Grand Prairie I wont mention thier name or location as well as a Buick Dealer in Arlington, that all said Yes, Yes, Yes we can get it done only to come back 2-3 days later saying the parts we needed were out of stock Nationwide with no date of when it will be back in?? We had mentioned this in advance but they insisted yes we can find it and do it. This was regarding a coolant hoses leaks we were having front to back. To make a long story short, Michael.and Jeff told my wife over the phone they would try to see what they can do. They didn't over promise and under deliver like the other places we wasted time at and money but Michael and Jeff did their research and figued out a way to get hoses and back leak to stop in less than a week which seemed like a miricle. We were totally blow away bc how can they find or fix what 5 other places said no or its impossible to do and rejected us???!! They said it was one of their biggest care repair challenges they've ever had but the put their heads together and figured it out and got the job done.! When we picked up our car we were greeted like old friends at the door and before they asked for payment the took us out to the car and showed what was done, explained why it was done, and how it was done to fix the 2 problems we had, I cant tell you how refreshing it was to see an auto serivce team take their time to do this they wanted to show great reassurance that this was done and done right and it also came with a bring it back warrenty if we had any issues. They also offered refreshment while waiting. This team of professionals were in a class by themselves Trustworthy, Honest, Transparent, always answered the phone when checking in without the " We'll call you back", reliable, very, very clean and beautifully laid out waiting room and best of all they saved us some money over the original estiamte. This was truly 5 Star treatment from drop off, to diagnostic follow up, to the pick up. We will definately come back and bring all our cars here to Auto Care Central Best of the Best!!!!! Super Great Service and People Who "Care" like in their companies Name "Auto Care" They put thier Customer Service First!

I took my car in for an A/C repair, and the staff did an excellent job explaining the entire process. They took the time to explain the importance of performing a thorough diagnostic to ensure my vehicle was repaired correctly. They were efficient and provided a detailed diagnostic report that included photos and transparent pricing for the recommended repairs. After the A/C repair, I had my oil changed at a different shop. Shortly afterward, my car began smoking, and I initially thought it was related to the recent A/C repair. Even though it was after business hours, the owner responded immediately, told me to bring the car back right away, and even offered me an Uber to and from the shop. They performed another complete diagnostic and discovered that the other shop had overfilled my engine with oil. They provided me with a detailed report to take back to the oil change facility. Their quick action likely saved my engine from serious damage. I am incredibly grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. The quality of their work, fair pricing, and genuine concern for their customers truly set them apart. I would give this shop 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and knowledgeable automotive service.

Was needing a 4 wheel alignment and in a hunch I decided to stop and man was i right, as soon as I got there Jeff Rieger and Mike Winchester were there being extremely attentive and full of answers to all my questions. They made me feel very comfortable and did my alignment. Quick and great service they give you. I will definitely be using them anytime I need auto service and will recommend them to anybody that needs there service. Extremely satisfied....

Great experience with Auto Care Central! They are very thorough and knowledgeable. Thanks to their complete visual and secondary inspection, we were able to discover some additional but necessary and affordable items that needed addressing beyond our requested maintenance items. A good mechanic is relatively easy to find; an honest, thorough and knowledgeable one is a little more rare.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I took my car to SIX different repair shops, no one could figure out the issue I was having with my car stopping unexpectedly. I met the owner Jeff at an event an explained to him my problem and he suggested to bring it in for him to take a look at it. I was very frustrated and discouraged that my only option may have been to have to buy a new car. On one last attempt I tried Jeff. The diagnostic process was the most impressive I have ever experience. They take pictures of everything and give a detailed report with the supporting pictures of the recommended repairs in order of urgency and/or importance!! Like a "TO DO LIST"! They were extremely detailed in their explanation of what they found as the issue, and very patient with my questions. Once I got my 2013 Ford Explorer back no one could convince me that I didn't suddenly have a 2026!! My car is running better than it had since the early years of my purchase, finally affording me a peace of mind. They provide a much appreciated level of honesty and professionalism that in their industry (and the world right now) is very rare. I 1000% times 10 recommend Auto Care Central for any auto issues tiny of huge (based on my huge situation!!!) these are your guys! Hands down Jeff and Mike are undeniably my favorite people!!!
