Customer reviews describe working with Mike and the mechanics on a range of vehicle concerns. One long-time customer says they have returned for more than three years and appreciates that the team keeps working to identify and correctly fix the problem. Other reviewers mention bringing multiple vehicles to the shop and recommending it to friends and relatives. Their comments point to a practical, repair-focused experience: discuss what is wrong, get help with the needed work, and receive attention to completing the repair properly. These are customer-reported experiences, rather than a guarantee that every repair will have the same outcome.

The feedback also covers both smaller repairs and more substantial work, including one customer’s report of an engine replacement. Reviewers praise the quality of the repairs and describe the pricing as fair; one says Mike helped find the best pricing possible and offered recommendations for tires or other services the shop does not perform. That can be useful when a driver needs guidance beyond the repair itself. The reviews do not provide a complete service menu, so customers with a specific make, model, or repair question should contact Auto Care Plus directly to ask whether the shop can help.

With a 4.9 rating from 112 reviews, Auto Care Plus has a strong body of customer feedback from drivers considering an Englewood, Colorado repair shop. Reviewers describe Mike as responsive and helpful, including one account of seeking service when another shop could not inspect a car promptly. For local residents, commuters, and families who depend on their vehicles, the reviews suggest a shop people return to for different repair needs and recommend through word of mouth.
