Kevin went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. After I explained that I had to fly back to New York, he reassured me that it was fine to leave my vehicle there. He kept me updated, called me with the diagnostic results, and then took the extra step of contacting my dealership himself. That’s when he discovered my repair was covered under warranty. He then provided me with all the information I needed to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and made the process as smooth as possible. I was even able to pay the diagnostic fee over the phone and handle everything remotely. What impressed me most was that Kevin wasn’t focused on selling me a repair that his shop could have done. Instead, he genuinely looked out for my best interests and helped me save money by directing me to the warranty coverage I already had. That level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service is hard to find. In my experience, many places would have simply told me what was wrong and quoted me for the repair. Don’t overthink it, if you need a repair go visit these guys they are honest, fair, and will do a great job! My experience was AWESOME, and you can trust them. I took them a used car that will be purchased from a friend. They had an opportunity to charge me a bunch of stuff since I didn’t know the condition of the car but they chose HONESTY and only fixed what needed to be fixed. They are very thorough on showing you the work your car needs with pictures. Mike (General Manager) goes above and beyond explaining the work you need done. His customer service is exceptional. This Auto Care USA is a GEM. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop that values honesty. I will be returning for any service my cars need.
