Sign in to reviewAwesome service! He found out that my Subaru needed to replace the coolant valve. However he didn’t charge me. He asked me to bring it to Subaru because it’s still within the warranty period. Super honest and great customer service!!! And he didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis even though he spent time on it. I would go back!
Edward was great! I was wanting to purchase a car but wanted someone to look it over first. He fit me in that day within 20 minutes of calling him. He did a wonderful thorough job and it was an extremely fair price. Very impressed with this place! Bonus the car checked out good 😊 Thanks Edward!! …
My 2018 Honda Civic had no air conditioning, so I took it to Auto EMS. After the owner inspected the car, he immediately told me that it was still covered under the factory warranty. He was extremely honest and helpful — he even searched online for the warranty documents, printed them out for me, and advised me to take the car back to the dealership for repair. I followed his advice, brought the documents to the dealership, and the repair was completed at no cost. Auto EMS is truly honest and trustworthy.
So glad via google reviews, I found this shop in Sugar Land. I came to do the emission and the Edward took care of it and finish within 15 minutes . Edward is very candid and honest and care and professional. Highly recommend this shop and Edward and will use their service for my future car maintenance. A shop I can trust and my car can be taken care of.
I’ve been going to this mechanic for over 5 years, but my recent experiences have been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A while ago, my car was having occasional starting issues and sometimes needed a jump. I called and asked a simple yes-or-no question: could he check my car? Instead of giving a clear answer, he became defensive, raised his voice, and after 10 minutes of arguing, finally said no. I was speaking respectfully the entire time, yet he was overly disrespectful and then blocked my number. After that, I went to a battery shop and bought a new battery myself. The mechanic had previously told me it might be the alternator, or that he couldn’t tell and we’d have to wait for the battery light to come on. Once I installed the battery, the car started working perfectly — clearly showing that he did not know what he was doing. Now, my car is making a new vibration/humming noise. When I brought it to him, he was again defensive, made excuses, and blamed old work done months ago, even though the previous spark plug job had nothing to do with the current issue. He refused to properly diagnose the problem, didn’t use any tools to check, and just guessed. His explanations kept changing, and he seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than actually helping. After 5+ years of giving him business, I can no longer trust him. His communication is poor, he refuses to give straight answers, he is disrespectful, and he cannot properly diagnose or fix problems. If you want a mechanic who actually listens, properly diagnoses issues, and treats customers respectfully, this is not the place.
