I’ve always only gotten inspections or oil here. But I finally had a more serious issue and gave them a try. I got all 4 brakes replaced at a really reasonable price. The front desk was nice and helpful as well as the gentleman working on my car. He was very straight forward and respectfully educated me a little bit about the brakes!
They've always been thorough and transparent. Most recently went for brakes in the morning and picked up the same day. Fair price. Joanna the receptionist was communicative and kind
Today I stopped by to see if this shop was performing state inspections. I pulled up in front of the lane marked "State Inspection," which was empty at the time. Before I could even ask a question, an employee came out and immediately approached me in a very aggressive manner, asking, "What do you want?" Before I could even ask my question he proceeds to tell me we dont allow customers to pull their cars into the garage. Well guess what geniuses I never had any intention of pull my car into the garage in fact I would happily let you do it but —I was simply trying to find out whether they were doing state inspections that day since the place was deserted. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking a simple question. The shop appeared empty, and there was no indication that anyone was busy, which made the response even more surprising. Since there are plenty of auto shops in the area, I decided to leave and went down the road to another shop. This was one of the most unwelcoming customer service experiences I've had in quite some time. Maybe the employee was having a bad day, but that's not an excuse for treating potential customers poorly. Based on my experience, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere. If they get mad about a state inspection imagine what they would come up with for a real auto repair. I found much better service just down the road. Take your business down there.
