My dad has taken all of his European and luxury vehicles here for at least the past 10 years, and they’ve always been a reliable resource for maintenance, advice, and honest input on cars. When I recently started looking to purchase a Jaguar F-Pace, I reached out to Alex for guidance and questions during the process. I had a great experience with Auto Hans and highly recommend them. They replaced the alternator and the diesel particulate filter (DPF) on my 2014 VW Beetle TDI using a genuine OEM Volkswagen DPF along with all the recommended gaskets and hardware. Before I approved the repair, they took the time to answer all of my questions, explained what was included in the estimate, discussed the pros and cons of cleaning the existing DPF versus replacing it, and even offered to research aftermarket options. There was never any pressure, and I appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout the process. The work was completed exactly as promised, and the car is running great. It’s hard to find a shop that specializes in VW diesels, communicates well, and stands behind their work with a solid warranty.
