My classic Mustang GT has been covered and neglected in my garage for the last 20 years. Matthew, Scott and Mac have brought it back to life from clogged fuel lines, oil leaks, discharged air conditioning, burned out plugs. Cracked distributor and plug wires. Now we will replace the 20 year old tires and their experts will dial in the alignment. I'm so glad I found a place that will care for my 30 year old classic with the respect she has earned. Matthew reinstalled my irreplaceable SVO exhaust skirts. They now look way better than the original install, sealed and supported with custom brackets. Thank You! He also dialed in the alignment after I replaced my tires.The drive home was amazing. Smooth and quick steering with effortless center line. If you have a classic car or a street rod with a high-performance engine, this is the shop you want to take your car. I had a lot of problems with my Pro Street Corvette, like the engine dieseling and the valves knocking. But after I took it to these guys, they got it tearing up the roads again. They replaced my old carburetor with a new 750 double pump carburetor, adjusted the valves, and put in a new alternator, starter, and more. I have a roller motor with stud girdles, and it’s not easy to find a good mechanic who knows how to work on these types of engines. Many of the old timer mechanics have retired or are hard to find. What I really like about the owner, Matthew, is that he’s honest and straightforward. He doesn’t try to overcharge you. If he finds any other problems, he always asks for your permission before doing extra work, so there are no surprises when you pay the bill. These guys were great to work with. I brought the car to them on Thursday and got it back on Monday. Mac, the manager, was so nice to work with and such a super guy. I very much appreciate Auto Motive and will recommend them highly. I will have any future work on Vette done by these folks. I completely trust them and there integrity is great.
