Update: In response to your comment below - As I stated, you did NOT provide a diagnostic report of any sort. No pictures, no videos, nothing. As you said to me, you wanted me to just ‘trust’ what you say was wrong with my car without any proof. Any professional shop will provide a report showing evidence of what they found wrong. So to expect me to pay you $120 based on just your word is ridiculous. When I left the car with you, there was a half tank of gas so absolutely no need for more gas if you were not using it for your personal needs. The tolls you accumulated were in areas 30 minutes from where I dropped off the car. You don’t owe me the $74, you owe the State of NC. Again, you agreed to Zelle me the money, there is no reason for me to come to your shop. Since you refuse to send it, you can deal directly with the State. You already confirmed the car was in your custody and I will forward all your business information to the State. My review still stands. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY!! Look at the lowest reviews because those are the honest reviews. Most of the high ratings are not from actual customers. Gilma and her husband Emmanuel are fraudulent and rude. They had my car for a whole week saying they were going to run a diagnostic. I had to keep following up for updates. They finally stated an issue and wanted me to Zelle them the money without any diagnostic report, paperwork, warranty info, etc. They became rude and unprofessional when I insisted on wanting things in writing and told me to come pick up my car which they left at an apt complex. They left all kinds of garbage and mess in my car proving that they were using it for personal use for that whole week. Furthermore, I received a toll bill of $74 showing several trips across different toll stops. I immediately texted them and they promised to send me the money to cover the toll but never did. I am in the process of reporting them to the BBB and other agencies for their practices.

I’ve been back to Auto Repair Emmanuel LLC several times for different issues, and that alone says a lot. What keeps me coming back is their consistently excellent customer service and fair, reasonable pricing. They take the time to explain what’s going on, don’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and treat you with respect. It’s hard to find an honest, reliable auto shop these days, but this is one you can trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
