I wanted to come back and leave a review because Auto Tek on Ben White treated me with professionalism throughout my visit. I brought my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser in for a comprehensive inspection, and they took the time to thoroughly evaluate the vehicle, document their findings with photographs, and clearly explain what they found. The inspection was detailed, organized, and professionally presented. They also repaired my seatbelt issue quickly, and everything was handled efficiently. I’ll also admit that I was under a lot of stress at the time dealing with a vehicle dispute, so I probably wasn’t the easiest customer to have. Even so, everyone remained courteous, patient, and professional from beginning to end. I appreciate that. If you’re looking for a shop that takes the time to inspect a vehicle carefully, documents its findings, and treats customers with respect, I would absolutely recommend Auto Tek. A real class act. Booking an appointment was easy, communication was excellent, and they checked my car thoroughly, even finding an issue I wasn’t aware of. They gave me a fair quote, completed the work promptly, and made the whole process easy. I also had some very old tires, and while my car was waiting on parts, one of them went flat, as it had been doing regularly. Since Discount Tire was next door, they drove the car over for me at no charge. That extra effort saved me another trip and helped me get everything taken care of in one visit. They’re popular for a reason, so definitely make an appointment. They run a tight ship, stay busy, and still provide thoughtful, high-quality service. I’ll absolutely be back if ever needed

Auto Tek was amazing. Megan was a huge help, I was able to drop my Tundra off after hours and was contacted immediately the next morning with steps to move forward. Love everyone there, smooth process, and affirm is always a plus. Thank you guys again for everything, my truck was up in running in no time.

Had a great experience with Autotek. They’re honest and transparent with the work they’re doing. I was having a crank no start issue on my car and they easily found it was due to a missing fuse. They could’ve told me and charged me anything to fix what was an unk issue, to me, and I would’ve paid them. Instead they sent me pics of the diagnostics and pics of the missing fuse. They immediately installed the fuse and started the car. I was charged for the diagnostic and nothing else. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you so much!
