From the beginning of the project where staff waited 2 hours after the scheduled arrival of my car from Nebraska to an emotional pickup Izzy and his team took a car that as every layer of the onion peeled back, a new issue was discovered they identified, communicated and fixed it right. This car was hand built by my dad, who passed in 6/25 - Izzy took the importance of this car running again very seriously. Today my 36 year old son drove it away, 25 years after the last time he sat in the car and 17 years since it ran last. This is a rare shop - one that can fix a car without plugging it into a computer. Highly recommend.
Finally found a repair shop I trust. They diagnosed a minor issue when others would've charged for major work. Fair prices, and they explain everything clearly. If you want a shop that won't rip you off, this is the place. Highly recommend.
I had great experience with Automotive ER. It is family owned and operated. They are friendly and very conscientious. I had some body work done on my Lexus. They worked with the insurance company to make sure all the repairs were covered. I took the car in Monday and picked it up the following Friday as they promised.
Seriously the BEST garage experience ever!!! I will drive 35 minutes any time just for their impeccable customer service and quality + supporting local family owned (not corporate or a chain that have always proven a nightmare)! I have found my new home for all things car related. New brakes front and back, new rotors front and back, new windshield wipers (items previously inspected by friend recommending the replacements) and the car was done in a few hours. Thank y’all for the peace of mind that my Momma is safer on the road due to your excellent care! Love the old ways of how they do business and utmost integrity. I can’t say enough great things about their garage and this experience except my family will be lifelong customers!
