I am beyond pleased with the service that Patrick Bass with Autonation Mobile Service provided my company today. He was very knowledgeable & throughly communicated all of his findings. When I told him my team is stranded more than 4 hrs from home, he quickly diagnosed the problem & found that a silly shifter cable bushing was the culprit. He understood the assignment & went above & beyond the call of duty to make sure my team could get back on the road & home safely. We'll done good sir. Had a great appointment, service tech was early!! Patrick was knowledgeable, and was happy to explain things so I could understand. He was thorough with his diagnosis and I felt I was informed of the next steps of my process. Patrick was respectful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you Patrick!

Very reasonable price but their "support" is nonexistent. Five emails addressing specifics of my starter replacement were never responded to; I got a generic page that asked me generic questions unrelated to my specific issues. No contact until 30 minutes before mechanic arrived. Mechanic was very professional and very informative. Update on my starter replacement: the remanufactured starter that was installed failed 2 days later. Work was done on a Tuesday; it failed on Thursday. It took 5 days for someone to show up. They were supposed to come a day earlier between 8:00 and 1:00 p.m. but it was a no-show and no communication from AutoNation. I finally called it 1:15 and found out the mechanic was unavailable that day. A new starter was put in by the original mechanic, Brandon, who again was professional and personable. I cannot say the same for the representative on the phone, Troy. He was unprofessional, bordering on rude, and made this whole experience even more frustrating. He should find another job.

One of the worst services I have received. Quote one price and received another the day off. Plus their system tried to charge my account 4 times and overdrafted me close to 5k which flagged my account. On top i had asked for a call when he arrived and failed to do so. While performing the service the tech grabbed my car remote and broke it open. Do not know why? Now I have to buy a new one as without it working properly it does not let the car turn on! While calling customer service a so called manager started to argue with me and I had to tell him I was concerned the system kept charging me and now I have a broken transponder key, my vehicle makes a noise and ended paying 1300 for break pads. Not worth the pain and much less the price ! Avoid this service at all cost !! Save yourself the headache. On top he damaged our wheels Update: after months still no resolution! They kept over 1200 dollars and after they had double charged us we didn’t get our second charge refunded ! Their employees are not trained properly for this service! They did a pad slap and instead of telling us we needed to replace the disks first ? He just went with the repair and screwed us!! Made the car unsafe and we would have gotten in an accident!! He charged my card various times and also the owners card! He was a total mess ! His own management coundlt understand what happened ! We are still out of our money!! DONT USE THIS SERVICE!! Real bad job!! You are going to be at your own risk! Everyone that had their pads done should go back and inspect them!! Urgently!!
