When you own and drive “high end” automobiles (Bentley Continental GT & Porsche Panamera) you accept that they will need attention from time to time. It will never be a “cheap” experience. Once you accept these facts what remains is where to take the vehicle when service or inspection is required. I want factory trained technicians working on my vehicle with a transparent relationship between myself , the shop service writers , the manager / owner and the tech who did the work. This is why AUTOSCOPE gets my business. The entire staff work together with the same objective … restore / maintain your “BABY” to insure a safe trouble free driving experience. An unexpected pleasant surprise …. A week after my last service I received in the mail a hand written thank you card from the owner stating he appreciated my business. I view this as a confirmation that I chose the right place to service my vehicles.

This service facility has the best client experience in the business. They are extremely thorough and consultative. I have had two BMW's each with twin turbochargers. Since having Autoscope regularly service my BMW, I have not had ANY problems with my engine or drivetrain. They treat my car like they would one of their children.

I have gone to Autoscope for my 2015 Mercedes C300 for a 3 years now. They have performed routine maintenance and oil changes as well as major repairs like a full AC replacement and major front suspension work. These people love cars and will get your order German car back to new car condition. They offer great perks like free delivery, pickup and even have a few loaner vehicles. Their prices are competitive to the dealer. I received lower quotes from Autoscope (10-50% lower) than the dealer and some other small euro shops for some of the smaller items I replaced; like my driver window control panel and my driver window lower seal. Both replaced with Autoscope. Their routine maintenance pricing is also competitive to the dealer and other shops around. However this is not a nickel and dime shop, major repairs on German cars are expensive. If budget is your #1 priority this is not the shop for you. Autoscope provides excellent customer service and communication, dealer perks and most importantly phenomenal work and quality control. Some of their repairs can be pricy but you get what you pay for, and in this case that’s a good thing.

Exceptional, Honest, and Trustworthy Service! If you have an Audi or another German car and are looking for a mechanic you can ACTUALLY trust, look no further than Autoscope on Coit Road and Plano Parkway. I went in today after being quoted an exorbitant amount for a fix by the Audi dealership (also they put the fear of God in me this leak was going to destroy major components of my engine). Melissa was incredibly helpful and personable from the moment I walked in. After explaining my situation, she had one of the repairmen take a look under the hood at the specific part in question. Not only did they determine that I didn't need the expensive repair, but they also let me know it wasn't something in imminent need of attention and what was painted to me to be a dangerous leak was just a small bit of residue. Melissa completely allayed my concerns. As a woman, dealing with car repairs can be incredibly frustrating, especially when having to speak only to men who often talk down to me. That was absolutely not the case here. The team at Autoscope deserves every single bit of praise they get (which is what brought me in after decades of driving by). They are reliable, honest, and truly professional. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Whatever you do, don’t accept a loaner car. I got stranded on a highway overpass in a tiny loaner car that malfunctioned and went from 70 mph to 30 mph in seconds. Very unsafe situation and the worst thing is Autoscope Plano tried to charge me $208 for the tow. Luckily, I took screenshots of the malfunction message so they had to take that charge off. Wouldn’t even Uber me back home. After I picked my car up there were still little issues like the coolant light coming on making me wonder if they actually completed the oil change etc. Horrible
