Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated I left my car with this mechanic expecting a timely repair, but instead, they kept it for six months with little communication. When I finally got the car back and reviewed the total charges, I noticed they tried to charge me again for something that had already been fixed previously – and it was clearly listed on my earlier receipt. Not long after getting the car back, it broke down again and had to be towed. Then it started running hot, adding even more stress and inconvenience. When I called to explain my frustration, instead of owning up to any of the issues or offering help, the mechanic basically told me to take my car somewhere else. This experience was beyond disappointing. I wasted time, money, and patience. I do not recommend this shop to anyone who values honesty, professionalism, or basic customer service.
I went to Autotech 360 on the recommendation of a co-worker. She said they were good and fast. She was right on the money! I needed an a/c compressor put in. I took my car and my part to them on a Thursday around 4pm. By that Friday at 9am I was called, letting me know my care was ready. I was shocked and amazed. Never had I ever had car service done so quickly. Not only was I pleased with the quick service and great work, the customer service was AWESOME! I now recommend them to EVERYONE I know. Quality service, great prices and friendly staff. Lu the owner is great and Juan can service all types of vehicles. This is the only place that services my cars during and after the warranty. They also perform warranty service. Great shop, other technicians are also great. You will not be disappointed with their services.
