I recently had an accident, not my fault, and the insurance company totalled my wonderful Nissan Murano. My car guy, brother, in Ohio, found this 2016 Audi Q5 at a dealership in Castle Rock. I purchased the vehicle - and immediately had issues with the salesman who never did get me a copy of the work that they did before they sold me the car. Hence, I got the GM involved - told him what I was promised, new brakes, etc. So, that is the back story. I found Avalon Motosports - only a few blocks from where I live. Took the car to them to get a diagnoistic test to see what was going on - met Ron at the front desk, and he immeciately made me feel so comfortable in knowing I was in the right place to service my car. They had the car most of the day, then Wade Coates called me, sent me a link to their findings and he spent over 40 minutes reviewing what my car needed. I only have 69,000 miles, however, many of the services are needed. The most important analysis was that he confirmed, I needed new brakes, new CV joints on both and a new battery. I will discuss this with the dealership and hopefully, they will keep their word and fix what is needed. For the rest of the maintenance I need, you can be I will only go to Avalon. HONEST, EXPERIENCED AND CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR CARS!! THANK YOU AVALON!

I had a seamless and fantastic service with Avalon. First time taking in my Porsche Macan for an oil change and detailed inspection. All stated expe tations for service times were completed sooner than quoted. Service was efficient with great communication throughout. After the results of the inspection my representative explained every detail with reccomendations. Im excited to continue having my Porsche serviced with Avalon. Shout out to Neftali who worked with me from drop off to pick up and everything in between! Thank you go Cooper my technician who caught and repaired a small engine oik leak that saved me thousands of dollars later on.

I have been looking for a good shop to take my 2011 Mini to. I got a coupon in the mail from Avalon and decided to try them out. What a great experience! Keith was very helpful from making the appointment to keeping me updated on my car! I will definitely go back!!

Wow! Ron and the other guys at Avalon Motorsports have to be the nicest, most experienced mechanics in the area. My car broke down in front of their shop and they not only helped me when I was stuck, they diagnosed my car, and advised me not to get it fixed because it was cost prohibitive. On top of that, they let me keep my car at Avalon over a month until my daughter could come into town to take care of things. They could have easily tried to sell me repairs and they didn't. They helped with tow trucks, talking to my family, and giving me honest advice. They have my business for life!

I’m so skeptical of auto shops but I've had consistently positive experiences servicing my Audi here. They do not push service or create issues just to make money. They were even supportive and helpful when I said I would change my engine filter myself. Ron provided excellent customer service and detailed updates.
