In general, everyone I dealt with was very good at what they did; Darla was tops! That being said, I was very disappointed, frustrated, and upset when it took the doctor 2 weeks to sign off on my husband’s death. There was no autopsy or even a body to look at, but it took TWO WEEKS to sign a piece of paper! I have banking business, bills, and taxes that can’t be handled without a death certificate, and after the signature, the funeral home had to request it - during Christmas week. So I have another week to wait. You guys need to get a different doctor, as he/she is the only reason you got 2 stars from me.

I love all my therapist, my Nurse, and home aide. They're the most personable caring people I've ever had over the years. The customer service is just the same, helping with my insurance and making the whole experience very nice. A caring community of skilled yet personable people. Thank you!

They used to be great when they had a particular nurse with my mom. After my mom passed away and Gloria came to do the first thing with my dad and she wasn’t listening kept asking repeating questions and was trying to tell me how to take care of my dad when my mom had just passed away a week before. Then she came to do the reevaluation and she had my dad confused with a different patient and said she was discharging him because his insurance wouldn’t keep covering it but my mom had home health for 2 years straight and his health was declining.. I told her doctor would make the decision and sure enough the doctor said his health declining he needs home health and left them for a different company. She again was trying to tell me how to take care of my dad which she didn’t even know anything about his history and I’m sorry but I did it with my mom for 2 years and been doing it with my dad for 7 months I know what we are doing with him and if we don’t I ask the doctor right away.
