Honestly, after going to different doctors and dentists for many years, this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I checked in, the wait time was incredibly short and everything moved so smoothly. The person who did my X-rays was super quick, efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process. I was then seen by the doctor Dr. Dao shortly after, and she was amazing. She explained all of her concerns clearly, walked me through everything she was seeing, and made sure I understood the recommended treatment plan. Afterward, I met with the treatment coordinator, who was also wonderful. She took the time to explain my insurance benefits, what my insurance would cover, what I would be responsible for, and the pricing. Everything was very transparent and reasonable, which I really appreciated. My cleaning was also a great experience! I had mentioned that I needed to be out by a certain time, and the entire team was respectful of that and made sure everything was completed without making the appointment feel rushed. Overall, the entire visit was efficient, organized, transparent, and genuinely pleasant. Everyone I interacted with provided great service, and I felt well taken care of from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience!
Our kids are always happy to come here. There are many fun activities (arcade, mini theater, basketball) in the waiting room, and the workers are very patient and understanding with the kids. They are also transparent with the pricing before you agree to getting work done.
