I am a very busy person that works full time. I have made at least 6 appointments with different associates and doctors. NONE of them called during their appointment time which I had set aside and to top it all off Dr. Martinez called me 3 and a half hours late and said “Oh the day must have gotten away from me!” Very unprofessional! Would not recommend!

Aviator Home Health provided exceptional support during both of my total hip replacements. Their clinicians were truly wonderful, taking the time to explain every step of my treatment and how it would aid my healing. I had hip replacement surgery 2 weeks ago, and Aviator was my in-home care. There are not enough words to express my satisfaction with this company. I'm at a point in my recovery that I never thought I was going to reach in such a short period of time. They are so encouraging and knowledgeable. They made themselves available in case I had questions, and that gave me a sense of security. They made me feel safe at a time when I was feeling so vulnerable. Thank you!

I had total knee replacement surgery, and I was prescribed physical therapy in home for the first 2 weeks. I was lucky to get Dusty as my therapist as he was very knowledgeable about the surgery, the after care, and he actually worked on my knee on the day after surgery! The last time I had total knee replacement surgery, the therapist—from a different company—never touched my knee. She just followed me around as I did my exercises. It took me much longer to get my range of motion. At my orthopedic appt yesterday, the Dr was very pleased with my ROM and progress, and I attributed it to Dusty and the in-home PT I received the first 2 weeks after surgery! Dusty was professional, empathetic, caring, and great at his profession. I feel blessed to have lucked out to get him and his company as my provider. I highly recommend Aviator Home Health!
