Reviews frequently point to communication, quick attention, and repairs completed sooner than customers expected. One driver said the shop diagnosed a bad wheel bearing and replaced two bearings the same day, describing the team as friendly and accountable. Another customer recalled being sent to B&R after a breakdown during a long trip; the shop made room for the vehicle, completed the repair while the driver waited, and helped them continue their journey. These accounts suggest B&R may be worth contacting when a repair feels time-sensitive, though timing depends on the vehicle, diagnosis, parts, and current workload.

The work mentioned by customers also includes cosmetic repairs. A reviewer reported that B&R addressed substantial paint scratching and a light dent after a parking-garage incident, and was pleased with the finished appearance and communication. Other reviews describe help with a blown tire, truck and trailer issues, and a detached hitch frame, including a repair completed within a few hours. These are customer-reported examples, not a complete service menu, so it is a good idea to call ahead to confirm whether the shop handles your specific vehicle, repair, or tire need and to ask about estimates and availability.
