Bamboo Forest Denver is listed on FindALoco in Denver, CO with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Massage Spa.

Bamboo Forest Denver is a massage spa at 952 S Federal Blvd in Denver, CO 80219, offering a local option for people looking to unwind or spend focused time on areas of tension. Customer feedback describes both relaxing visits and experiences that did not meet expectations, so individual preferences and therapist fit may matter. The business has a 4.2-star rating from 188 reviews. That mix of feedback gives prospective guests a useful starting point: consider what kind of pressure, technique, and attention you prefer, and communicate those preferences before your session begins.

Reviews mention massages focused on back and foot discomfort, as well as sessions described as relaxing. One guest praised Linda for paying attention to back and foot pain while also making the visit calming. Another reviewer described a one-hour back massage with hot stones as part of a couples appointment, and said the experience was a highlight. These are individual accounts rather than a complete service menu, but they offer a sense of the kinds of visits customers have discussed. If you have a specific area you want addressed, it may help to explain that clearly when booking and again to your therapist.

The atmosphere has been described by one customer as a boutique parlor, with a couples massage booked at short notice. That may appeal to partners planning time together, as well as individuals looking for a massage in the Denver area. Reviews also show that technique is personal: one guest appreciated the staff’s polite manner but felt the massage relied too much on lotion and forearms, while others reported a very positive experience. A clear conversation about preferred hands-on techniques, pressure, and focus can help set expectations and make it easier to determine whether the spa suits your needs.

Bamboo Forest Denver is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., according to the listed hours. Its Federal Boulevard address makes it straightforward to identify when planning a visit in southwest Denver. If you are arranging a couples session, have a particular therapist in mind, or need a massage tailored to a specific concern, confirm availability and details directly before going. Customers have also raised a concern in a review about expiration terms on gift certificates, so it is sensible to check the printed conditions and current policy before purchasing or using one. With a range of reported experiences, thoughtful questions ahead of time can help you decide if this neighborhood massage spa is the right fit.

The staff is really nice and polite but the massage was terrible. I came in feeling the exact same way I felt when I left. All the massage therapist did was rub lotion on me and use their forearms. I am used to massages where people use their fingers and hands and actually look for the areas where I am stressed, and that did not happen here. This is literally the worst massage I have gotten since I have been in Denver. I would not recommend this place at all. I let them know at the end and they told me she was the best massage therapist. If that is true, then I would never recommend anyone coming here. They said she gave me an extra 20 minutes and I could not even tell because it was so bad. It felt like amateur work. They also told me this is how massages are everywhere, and as someone who gets massages regularly, I know that is not true. I came here because of a recommendation, but maybe that person had a different experience. Again, they were very polite, but I still had to pay full price and they even asked for a tip after I told them I was not satisfied at all.

Linda was wonderful and did such a great job! I went in with back and foot pain and she focused on that as well as providing a really relaxing massage, too. I was so appreciative of her! I’ll definitely return!

I purchased two gift certificates in June 2023 (paid cash) and attempted to use them today, February 14, 2026. Despite federal law (CARD Act) requiring gift certificates to be valid for at least 5 years, these had a printed 6-month expiration. When I explained the federal law requirement to the owner over speakerphone, he became belligerent and stated directly: "I don't care what the law states, they are expired." He then admitted he's issued "lots of gift certificates" that have expired and refuses to honor any of them. Even after the front desk employee confirmed she personally issued these certificates, the owner refused to honor them or make any exception. I'm deeply disappointed. This isn't just about poor customer service - this is a business owner openly admitting he doesn't care about federal consumer protection laws. I'm filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Warning to others: If you've purchased gift certificates from this business, they may refuse to honor them regardless of what the law requires. Spend your money at businesses that respect both their customers and the law.

My boyfriend booked us a last minute couples massage and it was absolutely phenomenal! $60 each for 1 hour back massage with hot stones included. Definitely better than any corporate spot, we love the boutique parlors!

I highly recommend bamboo Forest. If you're a seasoned massage receiver, you can appreciate the experience and expertise. My experienced was at least five stars. I'd give them six if it was possible.
