Really tasty & fresh food .. just what I was craving! Located behind the seating for gate D10. Ordered the half sandwich and soup .. pork bahn mi was very fresh and tasty, and the tom kha soup was large and had loads of shrimp. Employees were very friendly and helpful, and I had a view of the baggage handlers tossing suitcases. Very glad I took a chance, despite the current rating. Will return next time I end up in this terminal!
Was looking for an Asian place that may have GF options at the airport. We came across this place and when we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who I think was the manager. He told us we could seat ourselves and will get served. Lexi took care of us and assured us they had some GF options. We ordered the green curry with chicken and GF drunken noodles. Curry 3/5- didn't feel like a curry and was more of a stir fry. Curries have a lot more sauce/broth. It was fairly dry and just a bit too much ginger. It tasted fine but wasn't great. Pad Thai 3/5- It just didn't have a lot of flavor but adding some lime and sriracha helped. Usually I’m looking for that distinct tamarind flavor but it wasn’t there. The veggies and meat were cooked well at least. Our service was great and quick, the food was just underwhelming and for $48 it seemed a bit over priced for what we got.
I’ve had my fair share of Pad Thai, and I can confidently say this wasn't it. It was so intensely salty that finishing it felt like a health hazard. Definitely needs a major recipe adjustment.
When it comes to airport food I am always looking for something healthy and fresh. The fire bowl was just that. Delicious. Expensive but all airport food is.
Stopped by Banh Shop during a layover and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. The prices were really high—a banh mi for almost $20! We ordered the tom kha soup and chicken vermicelli, and everything tasted pretty bland. My husband got noodles, and they were just okay. The food did come out quickly, which was a plus. There weren’t many options for non-alcoholic drinks, but the bar area had a nice view and a clean, modern vibe. Overall, not terrible for airport food, but for the price and flavor, we expected more.
