had such a great experience here. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I went in for a DiamondGlow service and really appreciated how thorough they were when explaining the treatment, my skin concerns, the process, and the different services they offer. I never felt pressured just very informed and supported throughout the entire experience. They took the time to answer my questions honestly and made sure I understood everything before starting. The treatment itself was amazing, and my skin felt so refreshed afterward. What stood out the most was how kind, professional, and attentive the team was. You can tell they truly care about their clients and want people to feel confident and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality skincare treatments and a welcoming environment🤍

Had a really great experience here while in Austin for work. The staff was so welcoming, the space was clean and calming, and it had exactly the kind of relaxing spa vibe I was hoping for. My facialist was wonderful, she explained everything she was doing, made me feel completely comfortable, and the facial itself was incredibly relaxing. Honestly, one of the better facials I’ve had in a long time. I added on a couple of extras, and the scalp massage was amazing. Just an all-around great experience and exactly what I needed during a busy work trip. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Austin. Thanks again to the whole team!

Excellent Medspa! I'm not usually impressed with Botox treatments but this place knows how to treat a lady. 😂 Britt was a skilled injector, she listened to all my problem areas and gave her expert opinion. I would recommend her all day! The ambience in the spa is comfortable/elegant and super clean. Usually the bathroom anywhere grosses me out but I have zero complaints. Even Lindsey at the front desk was personable and greets everyone with a smile. 10 out of 10 stars from me! Thanks ladies

I was really excited for my first scalp analysis and massage, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. While the spa setting itself is very nice, the signature head spa treatment felt like a very expensive wash and comb—especially for what ended up being around $200 (even after a $30 newcomer discount). Granted, everything happened as advertised, but the service fell short. I had to ask for more pressure twice during the scalp massage, and since the specialist didn't check back in, I felt discouraged from asking again. Especially after I had to fill out a check in survey where they explicitly ask these preferences. There was very little communication during the analysis and whole thing, and it felt as though she didn't really want to be there. She did braid my hair at the end which was a fun touch but it also felt unusual to leave with my hair so towel-wet. Again, I know that was advertised. I understand everyone can have an off or tired day, but for the price point, I expected a much higher level of care and skill. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wanted to leave this feedback constructively, as I hope it helps improve the experience for future guests deciding on the head spa.
