I don't know how to express my gratitude to Dr. Natalia and her assistant. For as long as I can remember, I have been afraid of dentists and getting anesthesia because it has always been very painful and unpleasant. However, after visiting "Banyan Tree Dental" today, I realized that dental treatment can be quick, painless, and stress-free. Dr. Natalia and her assistant did their work very professionally. I didn't feel any pain at all, and they frequently checked to make sure I was comfortable and feeling well. Dr. Natalia is the best dentist I have ever met. I will recommend this dental clinic to all my friends and acquaintances. Thank you so much <3

Banyan Tree is the best dental office that I've been to. Dr. Truong and her staff go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable & welcome. The appointments are easy to schedule (and reschedule if needed) and everything is clearly communicated. They even have weekend hours that provide flexibility for people with busy careers during the week. Definitely recommend!

As a mother of 5 children, I would highly recommend Banyan Tree Dental. We have been patients at this office since 2014. The entire staff is always very courteous and friendly. Their office is conveniently open for cleanings and procedures on BOTH Saturdays and Sundays. This is a huge benefit for working parents and busy families with full schedules. It is so much more convenient to find a time that will work for you and your family compared to dental practices that only see patients during "standard" Monday- Friday hours! Dr. Truong is amazing. She is very thorough and does a great job explaining any procedure that needs to be performed. Furthermore, their office does a great job working with dental insurance companies and communicating upfront what the out of pocket costs will be.

Looked for a dentist on weekends and found this place. Most comfortable dentist I've ever been to. Fast forward 4 years and I still haven't had any work done or even one cleaning by this dentist. I was sent to a specialist to get some of my back teeth taken out even though I really wanted a cleaning at the time. I keep being sent away to specialist and I've had a broken tooth since the end of 2022 and it's now may 6th. When I came to this dentist in 2019 I chose them to help me fix my mouth. Unfortunately, I haven't always had dental insurance since then. Now that I do again I came back to them and it's been 5 months with a broken tooth. I went in and got a referral and no other dental office respects this referral. They still want to have an evaluation and some even want to take x-rays again. I don't know why this is happening to me but I still have hope that this dentist will help me out. I had an appointment today but with no response whether that was going to happen just makes me lose a little bit of hope each day.
