I normally would not provide a review if I personally did not have an experience or worked with a company or business. However, I am making an exception because of the excellence Dr. Bao Nguyen showed my wife when she needed his expert care. I have personally been present on each visit and witnessed how carefully the doctor listened to my wife and took all of her concerns, issues and worries into consideration before even making a diagnosis. That’s a very rare and valuable trait today with physicians and specialists, but it’s his responsibility to know how illness affects each patient differently so that he may have the appropriate and effective care and treatment program for his patients. Other traits I appreciate are his willingness take In feedback from a spouse or family member during the consultation, his approach of ensuring all possible paths are explored before eventually moving on to a different plan. He is patient, calm and has a wonderful warm likable personality and temperament which will put any and all patients at ease during their difficult times dealing with their health. His entire staff from the front desk to the techs & nurses that assist directly with the patients & family are all also very professional and kind. I 100% give my support and recommendation to go see Dr. Bao Nguyen and his wonderful team. I trust them with my wife’s care and you can feel confident trusting them with your family’s care as well.

Dr. Bao Nguyen is a very good doctor, dedicated to his patients, knows how to listen and answer to the point with profound medical knowledge. I felt cured after the doctor explained the test results clearly. The doctor told me that I do not need to come back for a follow-up visit as the tests were all good. This is a very conscientious doctor. The office staff is very enthusiastic and attentive.

Dr Nguyen took time with my elderly mom asking questions and discussing her pains and needs. Quite thorough. He even facilitated paperwork so she could get assistance with a exorbitantly expensive RA drug. His staff are sweet ladies. Highly recommend.
