John is very knowledgeable and has great BMW certified technicians. The technicians are very passionate of the work they do. Pricing is overall very reasonable compared to other private BMW shops. I have been taking my car to him for years now and they do a great job.

This place definitely bailed me out! Water pump went out on my BMW, I called around looking for quotes. John with Bavarian put my mind at ease, gave me a reasonable estimate! Car was repaired in 1 day! I’m pleased with their service and I would definitely recommend them to all BMW drivers! I’m back enjoying riding in my Bimmer! Thanks Fam!

They'll take your car on a spin and if something happens to it, they don't take responsibility. "It’s been about a month since my mechanic decided to go for a joy ride in my vehicle only to end up wrecking it (picture below of vehicle 2 days after the wreck). I’ve followed up with him multiple times and each time he tells me he’s working on it or come back on Friday and it will be done. I go to the shop a few days after he said it would be complete only to find my car has not been touched or worked on 😡 I’ve remained patient for as long as I could but I’ve had enough." The mechanics name is Carlos. If you are in the DFW area do not bring your vehicle to this shop!!

Great experience. David and John were very helpful and honest. Took care of my drivetrain malfunction caused by some rodents getting under my hood and chewing away at the Fuel rail pressure sensor wiring connection. Also did a oil change and fluid check on my 2015 BMW 428i. Will continue to use for issues and maintain vehicle here.

John and crew are A+ mechanics and Bimmer enthusiasts at heart. I come here for all repairs and maintenance that I can’t do myself for my M340i. I had an engine oil pump that needed to be replaced. Something that would take a shop an entire day most likely. John not only beat the dealer estimate by half, he also beat every other shop that was recommended to me. Anything that could be replaced, but didn’t need to, was left alone giving me the impression they’re honest and hardworking guys at heart - looking to save you money where possible. Even though they’re a smaller shop, they were able to learn how the job was done and order parts within a week, and get my car up and going by the next. Will be back again and again for any work I need to get done.
