BAYADA Home Health

My mom was a client of Bayada, after having them for almost a year I was able to find out that most of the nurses that are hired have no experience. My mother is a high risk/high fall patient. March 2026, our home aid was caught damaging and stealing my mother's clothes and jewelry from the home...the situation was escalated but my mom diamond & gold wedding ring is forever gone. We talked to the division director who apologized but did not take accountability for finding my mother's wedding ring when police report was given. Within the same month of March a new employee took place of the kleptomaniac nurse and also was an inexperienced nurse...she dropped my mother in the bath tub and had no training in how to correct the situation pulling my weak mother out of the tube by her arms further injurying her back and ribs. My mother was extremely weak from dialysis and was pulled by the arm she just was drained from....this nurse also engaged in conversation of how she got shot in the back recently fighting a roommate. Bayada does not care about their patients nor do they do thorough interviews and background on their aids...THEY WILL SEND ANYONE TO YOUR HOME AS AN AID! My mom whole situation and experience with bayada is a complete lawsuit....my mom is gracious to have an active child advocate like myself.

This company is a joke and I will stop at nothing for everyone to know that. They send unqualified nurses to your home and DO NOT HAVE THE STAFF TO FULFILL YOUR NEEDS. They claim they want feedback about their company, however when provided, they retaliate and continue to not staff you and then discharge you. They allow nurses to share your address with their family and friends without your consent, come later/leave early, and leave your child left UNATTENDED. The nurses suffer no consequences, nor do the staff for their unprofessional actions. They never communicate unless you initiate the conversation and will blatantly lie. The new director MONIQUE, nursing manager NATASHA and service client manager BROOKE are all unprofessional and incompetent at their jobs. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST AND WARN YOUR LOVED ONES WHO ARE LOOKING FOR CARE.

I have been with several home health agencies over the years, and Bayada is one of the best. They have worked with my constantly changing schedule on a daily/weekly basis. I have been provided with an aide who works hard and REALLY helps me function. As long as Bayada continues providing a great aide, who does the things I need, who is positive, and that I can depend on, I will definitely continue being their client. "Rules are needed to provide a certain level of care and responsibilities as a base line. BUT... it takes a top-notch company that then allows their intelligent, qualified health care aides, to talk to and work with the client as an individual. Providing the client with what they need, the client then feels really cared for, happy/ comfortable, independent and relaxed that what they need is getting done so they don't have to sit and worry about the task they can't do. They have a minute to work on something they want to do, and can do. All this helps relieve stress, takes the worry out of how it will get done, and makes the client feel fresh, clean, and accomplished. I would recommend Bayada.
