Sign in to reviewI had to return three times for Botox treatments, and it was obvious that the procedure was not working for me at all… Even after the second visit, the wrinkle remained exactly the same. I was advised to increase the dosage, even though the same dosage had worked for me for years. I also find it unrealistic to believe that an injection lasting less than a second could deliver an effective dose. Despite paying for Botox, I was given Dysport instead. Paying $500 for injections that produced no results is extremely disappointing. This was my last visit.
I’ve been wanting to get lip filler for years but was really nervous about it. I met Heidi and she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything about the process of getting lip filler. I had such a great experience and loved the results! She exceeded all my expectations! Highly recommend her!!
It’s my first time at a medical day Spa and I must say I was quite impressed. The front reception was beautiful and the staff was great. The treatment was quick and I was out in no time. My nurse was Sara and she was very helpful and upbeat. I’ll be back for sure but probably in the Solana Beach location, which is closer to where I live.
Went in for lip filler and Heidi gave me the most amazing results! She explained every step of the process and what she was doing so clearly. She was super friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable! Highly recommend her an an injector. The spa itself was very well maintained and welcoming! Would definitely go back. My lips are a little swollen in the picture I included but that’s only because it was a few hours after injection. Super obsessed with the shape already! Thank you Heidi!!
I recently got a lash lift here and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the results. I have had lash lifts before, so I know what to expect, and this time there was little to no visible lift, even after following all the aftercare instructions carefully. My lashes are naturally long, so I was expecting a noticeable curl and lift, but the result looked almost the same as before the service. When I reached out, I was directed to Groupon for a refund instead of being offered a proper solution. Groupon didn't refund me. I lost my money plus gratuity. I understand that promotions are handled differently, but the quality of the service should still meet the standard of a lash lift. Overall, I did not get the result I paid for, and the resolution process was disappointing.
