⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Went to Beauty island Spa for a new lash set and had such an experience. ✨ I originally booked through Groupon for a natural set and upgraded for an additional $30 to a fuller set — totally worth it. 👁️💖 Right at the entrance they have this super cute grass photo wall where you can snap and share pics, which totally adds to the fun spa vibe. 📸🌿 I attached a photo, but keeping it focused on the eyes for this one, since the lashes are the star! ⭐️ You ring the bell to get in, and they let me in right away. 🔔 The manager who greeted me was super friendly and welcoming, which immediately made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. 😊 My lash technician was Jean, and she was wonderful — very efficient, gentle, meticulous, and you could tell she genuinely took pride in her work. 🫶🏻 The application took about an hour and a half, and the plush lounger was so comfortable, I actually fell asleep during it - total island vibes for sure. Honestly, I love having that quiet “forced disconnect” time to just zone out and relax for once, so the hour and half breezed by. 😴🎧 The lashes came out soft, pretty, and still natural-looking, which was exactly what I wanted. 👁️✨😍 Next time I definitely want to try some of their spa treatments too. 💆🏻‍♀️🌿 Only small note: the surrounding area is a little sketch, so I’d personally recommend Ubering instead of worrying about parking. 🚕 But yeah, a really lovely experience and I’d absolutely will come back. 🤩

Amazing service every time! Shirley’s professional, detail-oriented, and makes the whole experience super comfortable. The results always turn out great and you can tell she really cares about her clients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable and skilled for waxing services!

Shirley was wonderful and very accommodating. I loved the biboting cupping machine, it did wonders for my back. The massage was a good pressure and the atmosphere pleasant. Excellent customer service.

I had a 60 minute massage at beauty island spa with Shirley. When I called, I told her instead of buying a Groupon, I would just pay her in cash since I didn’t want the money to go to Groupon as a small business. She said great and confirmed the appointment time. She rescheduled the appointment to have me come in at 2:30 instead of 3pm. We started the massage at 2:45. She massaged me for 15 minutes and then started putting these machines on me. I asked her what she was doing and she told me the Groupon was only a body slimming massage and only 30 minutes actual hand massage. Looking at the Groupon, it doesn’t say there are any machines used. I told her I was in a lot of pain and would prefer a regular massage. She just kept insisting this would be better. She ended up getting upset but I didn’t know what to do. I felt stressed out and she massaged me for a few extra minutes. I said thank you and paid her in cash. I left without her saying thank you. I won’t be coming back and I would be careful about purchasing a Groupon from here. Honestly, I wish I had purchased it on Groupon because I think it’s super deceiving to say it’s a 60 minute massage when it isn’t.
