Low quality skills in just about every department including waxing, threading, and hairstyling. I wouldn’t waste my money here and spend it elsewhere where they actually have skills. Also, the place is very dirty and doesn’t look sanitary at all. The waxing room in the back is even worse and not private. Anyone who wants to can open the little sliding door because they constantly keep the door open and constantly talk to each other through it. They will even stop what they’re doing completely, go do something else, and then come back as if they weren’t just working your service. It’s also really disgusting how they will touch money/handle money and then immediately go back to touching you without washing their hands. After this happened with my face, I decided to never go back. I rather pay a bit more but have better service, a cleaner facility, and be serviced by someone with actual skills.
The lady doing my daughter's eyebrows took forever to get her started and she would not stop talking to her other co-worker while she was doing her eyebrows she decided to touch money and then go back into touching my daughter's face and massaging it which is very gross and unhygienic. She would charge people or take tips and go back and keep doing her eyebrows so this needs to be addressed. Also people would walk in she would start working on other people checking their hair out and then go back to continue working on my daughter's eyebrows I've never spent so much time getting eyebrows done at other places like at this place. I was going to get my eyebrows done but I decided not to since this lady could not even have the decency of cleaning off the hair of the eyebrows from my daughter's face. When she got off the chair she had hair all over her face so be aware she does a sloppy job I'm not sure if everybody else does it this way at this place.
I’ve been doing the dark spot treatment for a couple of months and I have seen amazing results. I have dry skin near my chin and cheeks and it has improved so much.
I have 3 years of going to that place Nancy's service everything is perfect but the girl who is there is not friendly apart from that she left my eyebrows badly done one was thinner than the other I will continue to attend that place but I only want Nancy's service
Very great service, I really love to do my eyebrows here they do a very good job I recommend.
