UPDATE: I am very disappointed that instead of acknowledging my experience, the response focuses on questioning whether the service occurred. This makes the situation more frustrating as a customer. I did speak with the owner, and she identified me as a client. What also makes this difficult for me to understand is that I have similar scratches and damage on five different nails across both hands. If it were a single nail, I could understand the possibility of accidental impact, but having the same issue on multiple nails makes me question whether normal everyday activities alone should cause this type of wear. At this point, my review reflects my personal experience, and I stand by it. I was not satisfied with how this issue was handled and how my concerns were addressed. *** Very disappointed. I chose this service because I thought they do better quality and durability, especially given how the service was advertised. BUT my manicure chipped in less than a week.(4 days) I don’t do manual labor, and wear gloves for household chores. I wish I went to the different salon and I didn’t spend three hours there for the manicure that chipped in 4 days…

Got an amazing manicure today, despite a slight mix up with the online booking, they accommodated me. The technician was patient and waited when I also had a little trouble finding their location (they occupy a space adjacent to a building). When I arrived, the offered me a complimentary drink menu, which was nice because today was a little warm and I was winded from rushing. This was my 1st time but next time I am in Denver, I will definitely keep this place in mind! My service was very meticulously done and although this is not my usual color, because they don't do regular nail polish, only gel,...which also made me a little nervous since I never put gel on my nails before, but...I must say, I really like the result! She took her time until everything was perfect, then added a sparkly shimmer to the soft pink color and its giving an elevated natural look. I highly recommend you give them a try, if you are seeking an excellent manicure.

The salon was easy to find, and the ladies were initially warm and friendly. I also appreciated that they spent time explaining why they wouldn’t recommend a gel overlay on my big toe, that showed concern for my nail health. …

Julia is amazing and so is Katy! Loved the experience and my heels are so soft now + my nails look phenomenal. My husband went today too for the first time and his feet look incredible!
