Guests mention friendly, accommodating staff, including positive experiences with therapists Mary and Amy. One first-time visitor appreciated the team’s kindness after calling to explain a brief delay, while another praised the smooth, on-time service from check-in to checkout. Reviewers also describe the area as clean and note that refreshments were available. The overall impression from these comments is a service-focused setting where guests are treated warmly and can settle in for their appointment.

The space may feel more compact than a large resort spa. One reviewer noted that a massage room was close to the main entrance, a practical detail worth considering if quiet or extra separation is especially important to you. Experiences can differ by visit and room, so guests with particular needs may wish to ask about the setting before booking. The business has a 4.6-star rating from 304 reviews, giving prospective visitors a broad range of customer feedback to consider alongside their own priorities.
