I lately have been doing some dental work for a first time at Bell Dental Center in San Leandro. My dentist is Dr. William Choi DMD. I am so impressed by him. He is one of a kind. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very fast and with awesome results for the patient. I have not always appreciated dental work in US. Not always a good experience as the system here is different from how I am used where I come from. I was always dreaming to find a place here when you go and there is one stop shop. From examining ex- rays to finishing , without sending you to another one for extraction, root canal or to another one for the implant work and what you were getting by your “dentist ” was a cleaning and some fillings… Finally I found him. I do not care if the waiting room is not luxurious I wanted someone real that you know you are taken care of! Thank you Dr. William Choi for all you do! I am so so thankful. I had an amazing experience here, I called in on Wednesday and got an appointment as a new patient for Friday for wisdom tooth pain. Every staff member I had an encounter with was very respectful and welcoming. My Dr whom performed my wisdom teeth extraction was extremely nice, although I forgot her name and wish I could shout her out. She had a very soft approach. I was so nervous and scared, however right after numbing it felt like my 2 wisdom teeth were out in literal seconds. I felt no pain or discomfort, and she took her time to explain all the aftercare for me. I would definitely recommend this dentist office.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The front desk staff is kind, professional, and efficient. The dentists here are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also gentle, thorough, and genuinely care about patients’ comfort and long-term dental health. They were very quick at getting me in and out. What really stood out to me was how clearly everything was explained - from procedures to payment options. There were no surprises, just honest care and great communication.

They are very timely and coordinated! I appreciate the call the day before to remind me of the appointment. The place is clean and they have cutting edge tech. Best of all, the dentists are courteous and personable.

This dental clinic is a black spot shop, please don't be deceived again! I personally experienced it on 12/2/2024. I had made an appointment ten days ago. I arrived at the store 10 minutes in advance. I waited for more than an hour after entering. They only sent an intern to take an X-ray for me. I kept waiting! ! ! Finally, I got annoyed and asked! The people in the store told me that they couldn't help me with the braces today. The time I made an appointment was for braces. I waited for so long. Since they said there was no doctor to help me, the people inside kept delaying the time and asked me to make an appointment again. I couldn't help it. I said you can refund me in full if you don't help me. I had braces in 2022 before. By the end of November this year, it was cracked in half. The quality is too bad...too bad...too bad. The braces are paid for by myself. The attitude of this store is not good. The dentists are all interns. They have no sense of responsibility. They are all scammers. Please don't be fooled🙏🙏🙏
