Sign in to reviewI had an exam done by Dr. Nguyen and a cleaning done by Diana. Both were incredible. I have learned more about not just why I should floss and brush but how, and nobody has told me that before. I feel more confident in being able to maintain my daily dental health
Diana, Dr. Nguyen, and Karen are all fantastic! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The cleaning and exam were thoroughly done, and I was impressed by the latest technology. I feel very cared for here, and I’m so glad I switched dentists!
I’m very grateful to have found Belterra Dental! Melissa and Ashleigh great you with a smile the moment you walk in the door. They have different drink options in the waiting room. Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist and a great person; he’s super patient, explains things very well, and makes you feel at ease. Dayana and Emely are great hygienist as well! They explain everything that’s going to happen very well so you feel comfortable and know what to expect. They’re very friendly, nice to chat with, and make the experience very personable. My teeth also felt the cleanest they have ever felt afterward. They even gave me a warm towel at the end! 😁 10/10!
We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here since we started booking appointments last year. The staff are always very kind, understanding and professional. Great pricing and pain free procedures. We highly recommend!
I have taken my son here for year while it was owned by Dr. Chandra. Sunena was always our hygienist and she was the best. Since the new ownership has taken over things are not the same. Diana has seen my son twice and each time she has been so rough during the cleaning that he is in pain for days after. Dr. Nguyen does not take the time to discuss any concerns and really answer any of my questions either. He seems in a hurry to move on the next person. The whole office staff is different and the same family feel and care and quality are gone. Sadly we will be looking for a new dental home.
