Ben White Automotive has been great. I’ve been coming here for about two years for my 2019 lexus ES350, and their prices are more than fair with a quick turnaround time. They also offer a variety of financing options, which makes things even easier. I do trust them with my vehicle. If you’re on the fence, there’s really no need to be.

I found BWA through the USPS mail. It was a postcard that offered a $100 discount. I'm grateful to have found them. They were awesome!!! My car had a crazy-loud sound and got worse when driving to the right. It was a bearing issue, which they replaced and now no noise. Yea baby! However, my transmission needs immediate attention. I paid a diagnosis fee which was the best $98.00 ever spent. They will give you a comprehensive breakdown on what needs immediate and long-term attention. A shout out to Zane who took the time to ride with me to hear the issue. And shout-out to Austin for his insight and professionalism through the repair process. If you're looking for a team of great auto pros, you just found them. They are now my forever auto fix shop. I am Tracy Sokol and I stand by this review.

I had a really good experience using this shop. My car was having a strange sound and they listened and took a ride with me to listen for it too. I dropped off the car in the morning and it was ready that same day. They are very communicative and let you decide what work you want to have done and aren’t pushy or pressure you to have everything done and someone answers the phone when you call and are professional and helpful.

I just wanted to say everyone at Ben white Automotive have been amazing! My car has been in four times in the last 3 1/2 to 4 weeks. She’s 14 years old and I know she needed some work. It seemed like she get some work and she needs some more work and then she gets some more work. We’re finally done and she runs like a brand new car which is amazing as I just retired and I was not in the position to buy a new car or did I want a new car just wanted my car! Thank you, Austin, Chris & Jerome For everything! I usually do my own work on my car, but this time I figured it was more than I can handle and they took complete care of me and my car! These folks are top-notch!

Austin and Jerome are the best! Austin spent the better part of an hour going over my maintenance needs, as my vehicle was at 60,000 miles and I knew it needed a lot of things. He helped me understand each requirement, enabling me to make informed decisions about how to proceed. I always feel good having my car serviced with Ben White Auto. They are always on time, never any surprises, and I find their prices very reasonable.
