Berg Performance

Berg Performance is an auto repair shop in Denver, Colorado, serving drivers at 6381 Beach St Unit D, Denver, CO 80221. Customer reviews describe a shop that works on Audi and Volkswagen vehicles, with services ranging from scheduled maintenance to investigating leaks and other concerns. Drivers mention a 100,000-mile timing belt and water pump service, transmission service, and help tracing water in a vehicle’s trunk. If you own an Audi or Volkswagen and want a shop that takes time to explain its work, Berg Performance may be worth considering. Its 5.0-star rating across 233 reviews reflects the strong feedback recorded in the supplied business information.

Customers particularly value how the team communicates throughout a repair. One reviewer describes receiving photos and videos that document the process, along with clear explanations and convenient quote and approval steps. That kind of communication can help you understand what technicians found, what work is being proposed, and what needs your approval before the repair moves forward. Reviews also mention visual inspections and written reports, giving customers information about issues noticed during service. These details make Berg Performance a potential fit for drivers who appreciate a documented process and want to feel informed when leaving a vehicle with a repair shop.

The customer experiences shared offer concrete examples of the shop’s work. A Golf R owner returned after a timing belt and water pump service to address a coolant leak and an oil leak; the reviewer says the coolant issue was traced to a faulty thermostat O-ring and covered by the parts and labor warranty. An Audi owner describes technicians locating the source of water collecting in the trunk. Another customer reports a transmission service on a high-mileage Audi Q5, including fluid, filter, and gasket-kit work and cleaning, as well as an inspection for visible concerns. These are individual accounts, not a promise that every repair or warranty will be the same, but they give prospective customers a useful sense of the issues people have brought to the shop.

Reviewers describe the shop as clean and its staff as personable, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Some say they have returned over multiple years, and one Audi owner credits Berg with helping them remain confident in keeping the same car. Berg Performance is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; it is closed Saturday and Sunday. For Denver drivers looking for Audi or Volkswagen maintenance, a careful inspection, or an explanation of a repair supported by clear documentation, the customer feedback suggests a professional, communicative experience.
