Bergamos Spa Retreat

My sister and I did a spa day for her birthday in July 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our pampering. It’s a serene spa with attentive staff and a luxurious feel. The steam room, sauna, and whirlpool add to the day’s lineup of procedures so we always take advantage of those. We ate lunch at the restaurant in our robes which was nice since lunch was between procedures. Overall, a great experience.

What a night and day experience for me today!! I came in last week for a massage and FIR treatment and left so disappointed. Guest services reached out and today I had a redo, and I can genuinely say it was absolutely phenomenal. I was nervous after last week, but staff was friendly and welcoming, and when I spoke to Mel, my massage therapist, she listened to my needs, asked me lots of follow up questions, and then got to work. She hit every single thing I asked for and worked on things I didn’t even realize that I needed worked on. Afterwards I had FIR treatment with Casey, and she was incredibly kind and caring, and made sure I was taken care of. Cannot say enough good things about the people and also the way that Bergamos handled everything after my previous experience. I absolutely will be back.

Giving this spa 5 stars SOLEY for the massage I just received. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and Kim was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to come back to her postpartum. The spa itself is good. I’ve been here once before. It definitely needs some remodeling. Last time I came, there was also a used bandaid on the floor of the dressing room in the locker area which was not a good first impression but otherwise, all the amenities were working and the services were great. They just really need to make it look better. All that being said, I will come back…specifically for Kim! Thank you Kim for the best prenatal massage!!

I have been coming here for years. It is always clean, massages were always professional, for someone who loves deeptissue you will be in the good kind of pain if you tell them to do what they need and then you will end up relaxed. That being said. The spa areas need to be redone.

Just had a wonderful day at Bergamos! I was greeted and checked in by Trent who was very kind and told me what to expect when going in and introduced me to Feleshca who walked me through the womens side and helped me navigate the spa. She was so helpful and encouraging and answered my questions throughout my 5 hours i got to spend there today(im used to spa world where it is not swimsuit optional and i got momentarily intimidated by people picking to keep suits lol almost ran home to get mine out of nerves and she helped me feel more assured in my choices lol) . Let alone running around keeping the spa looking clean and feeling inviting. Trent and Danny helped check me out and sent me on my way with great vibes to continue my day and get back to the real world. Thanks again for a lovely day
