Berkeley Hills Dentistry

I love Berkeley Hills dentistry. Everybody there is top-notch. I have extremely sensitive and crowded teeth and have never had cleanings go so smoothly. Kayla is awesome!

My first experience was a very positive one- Dr George filled 2 small cavities, and he was lovely and did wonderful work. I looked forward to being a long-term patient. But the filling work naturally caused misaligned fit of my night guard, causing jaw pain and headaches from grinding overnight. When I called the front office to see if either dentist could make a 10 minute adjustment to my night guard the next day (a Wednesday), they said they wouldn’t be able to see me until 6 days later (the following Tuesday). It’s disappointing that they would leave a patient experiencing pain hanging for 6 days when all it would take is a 10 minute night guard adjustment. I understand the only dentist was in surgery that day, but it still doesn’t justify a delay of almost a week to be seen. After I shared I was disappointed, and then left a review, they called back later and said they suddenly could fit me in that day. I appreciated the call back, but it shouldn’t have taken what I assume was the negative review to initiate action. Meanwhile another Berkeley practice went out of their way to squeeze me in that same day, understanding that jaw pain and headaches aren’t something someone should be left to deal with for a week. I’m not someone who leaves negative Google reviews, as you can see from my other posts. In fact, I’ve only ever left 5-star reviews of businesses I support. Overall this seems like a great practice, but in this situation, I’m highly disappointed by the level of this patient care.

Just had part 1 of a crown installation. Incredibly competent and efficient dentist . I was out in 45 minutes, after X-rays, mold of tooth, hi tech pictures, and drilling. No pain, no swelling. I said my mantra was “easy peasy” and it was exactly that. Overall, from start to finish CSR was excellent.

I came in asking about internal bleaching because of tooth discoloration from a root canal, and they were able to do it the same day! I had an internal bleaching done a year ago at another place, but I didn’t get the results I wanted. Now, two days after the procedure here, I love the result! Dr. Ibrahim was thorough and gentle during the procedure. I highly recommend!

Dr. T is professional and straightforward. He doesn’t do chitchat, but when it comes to explaining things, he delivers; clear and to the point. I went in with severe wisdom tooth pain, and the extraction was so smooth I didn’t even realize it was done. I was surprised when he told me the tooth was already out. I don’t have any swelling yet (less than 24hrs) and didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. The staff is friendly, helpful, and understanding. Very happy I found this place.
