I asked for assistance on two occasions with our HOA after meeting him briefly a couple of times. George went far above and beyond to get the information for us. I am not even a client at this point - but when I buy or sell a property, I will be! How professionals respond to you when there is no financial return is a great indicator of how you will be treated as a client. Thank you, George!

My wife and I was looking for home in sunny California 2 years ago, and we proceeded with the risky move to commit to buying a home after only looking online. We made a wise decision to fly down to walk-through the home during the inspection, and opted out. Doug Wathen was flexible and fantastic to work with, as we provided our criteria and requirements for our new home. We found it after visiting 6 potential candidate homes...talk about being quick, understanding, and in synch with what we were looking for. No time was wasted!!! For contrast and comparison, the other realtors we initially worked with in the Orange County area did not stop to listen to us in terms of the type of home we were looking for. We are so very glad to have met Doug, and solely worked through him to find our happy home. We have no future plans for moving. Awesome job, Doug!!!
