Best Cut Hair Salon

First off there is a stylist there, that came from Kent Hair Salon, former owner... her name is PENNY and she is AMAZING, go see Penny! I took my 92 year old mother-in-law to have her hair and my hair done by Penny, pre-booked. A Mothers Day treat. They used to have a fantastic nail/pedicure woman who was affordable and really good. She's gone and the lady who said she could do a pedicure was a NIGHTMARE!!! the water was lukewarm and really not warm. She kept trying to talk me into what appeared to only be 5 bottles of nail polish all pink! I asked about thr gel nail behind the chair, finally agreed but was annoyed. She started clipping at my nails.. I told her "no they are fine, please don't" she only switched to nail clipper/scissors and started digging into my side of my toe nail bed. It was sooooo painful. I said STOP. PLEASS STOP... BUT she just kept digging into my big toe nail beds causing bleeding and pain. I don't have ingrown toe nails and dont want them either. This was real torture. I had to literally pull my foot away! And repeat not so nice "STOP IT" she reluctantly started the gel nail polishing yanking my foot this way and that way. No massage. Nothing! She charged me $60 (it should have been free) days later my big toes were still throbbing in pain. Im on my feet all day for work. The pain was so bad! My mother-in-law really loved her haircut, but complained about the Sikh Indian chanting or prayers that played non-stop and loudly. I respect their culture. But it is distracting and not peaceful. My mother-in-law won't go back because of the chanting or prayers on non stop repeat. It's really not the place for religious prayers ,(unless your praying that the nightmarish pedicure will end) penny is 5 stars all day every day!! The rest...A firm NO WAY! PENNY - YES!!!! EVERYTHING ELSE IS HELL NO!

If I could give this a -1000 I would! This Sonja girl HACKED my babies hair and then tried to blame it on her part and say she’s never had bangs before. Hello, I’m the mother of this child, I’ve taken her to plenty of haircuts, she’s had bangs all her life and no one’s had an issue with her hair. It’s so crooked! My baby was so nice and she smiled up until she got into the car and cried her eyes out and wants it covered up. I could’ve done a better job at home. New ownership sucks, especially how she handled it! Not sure where she learned to cut hair, I’m assuming she didn’t. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!

Completely ruined my hair in less than 20 minutes. Thought I would treat myself right before my birthday to a haircut since it's been a while. I said multiple times I wanted dead ends trimmed and long layers. My stylist (Thuy) and another (maybe the owner?) said my hair was uneven and cut it straight across, removing all of my gorgeous layers and about 4 inches of hair that I didnt ask to be cut off. My bangs weren't cut how I asked them to cut them, they were parted down the middle and cut like curtain bangs though I said and motioned I want straight bangs. My hair is different lengths on each side, and it's extremely choppy at the ends. The woman didn't use scissors or use water. She straightened my hair and used a clipper that's usually used on mens haircuts to give me an uneven line of hair. She didn't use any sort of heat protection products on my hair. I haven't used any sort of heat in 5 years, and my hair is so burnt it still smells almost 9 hours later. It's completely damaged. When I got to a mirror and looked at my hair, I went right back into the salon. Someone who i think is the owner kept making excuses for the original stylist, first saying I didn't even ask for layers. Then she said that she must not have heard me, and then finally she "forgot" I wanted long layers. I told her it was completely uneven and she looked at me dirty and said "No" without even looking at my hair. She then wanted to cut my hair into short layers by removing another 2-3 of length for short layers when I kept explaining and showing her on my hair what I wanted. I finally had enough off these people not listening to me and wanted to leave. She refused to take off the coat and kept holding onto my hair even when I was leaning forward in the chair trying to get away from her and saying no repeatedly. I had to raise my voice to be able to leave. She didn't offer a refund for anything. This sounds insane, and nobody would have believed me if I wasn't on the phone with my Mom the entire time, through both interactions. Save yourself the nightmare and go to a different salon, one that respects it's customers and listens to what they want for their hair. (Updated with photos)
