I really don't understand how all these positive reviews came about! The shopkeeper has always looked down on me. His attitude towards me is obviously discriminatory and he seems indifferent. There was no trace of the courtesy and eagerness to communicate well that a business operator should have towards a client on his face. My car could have been driven for over an hour before it was sent to this store for repair. Then I stopped to let the temperature drop after the radiator light turned red. Before sending it to this store for repair, I also went to another store for inspection. The repairman there said that all the parts were in good condition except for the need to add coolant. So they added coolant for me. Then my car could be driven for at least an hour and the radiator light wouldn't show overheating. But when I sent my car to this store for repair, their repairman said that the radiator of my car was broken and needed to be replaced. They also said that a muffler needed to be added. They charged 848.69 US dollars. Then I drove the car home and it started smoking halfway. I stopped quickly. Then I found that they had damaged my car. Even if the car is filled with coolant, it will smoke as soon as it is turned on. The shop owner said he didn't know how to repair it, but he wasn't going to give me a refund and even said my car was a garbage truck. I'm really angry. My car can't start at all now.

When my car needed repair, the first thing I did was call the dealership I bought it from. However, they told me it was going to be 6 days before they could even look at it. Bet wasn't going to work for me, so I decided to find an independent repair shop. Honestly, I wasn't really excited about the prospect. I feel like it's hard to find people you trust. People who do good work and don't overcharge for it. While searching the area, and browsing the list of possible places, I came across Best USA. The review seemed good, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm really glad I did. These guys were really friendly, but more importantly, they were so fast. I dropped my car off right before they closed on Wednesday, they called me first thing on Thursday morning to tell me exactly what had gone wrong and how much you would be to get it fixed. I approve the work, and I got a call that the car was done that day. They replaced a water pump, belts, a gasket, and several other parts on very short notice. Meanwhile, had I taken it to the Ford dealership, I'd still be five more days out from them even looking at it. And I'm positive, it would have cost me a lot more to go there. These guys have found a loyal customer in me. The next time I need anything done in my car, I'm having it taken straight to them. Thanks guys.

I have always had a great experience with Best USA. They've done good work, they're honest, and are usually less expensive than other places. I've actually taken my car to them after another place told me I needed ~$1,800 worth of work done on my car and BEST USA told me most of the things the other place said needed replacing or fixed were fine. They fixed a couple things that needed fixed, and ended up saving me over $1,000. I'm also pretty sure they washed my car before giving it back to me, which I was not expecting. Very impressed with this place!

Awesome people and awesome prices. I have used them twice with great results! They stand behind their work and will make sure the job is done right. I found Best USA through the recommendations of friends. I knew my friends would not let me down, so I took my Nissan to get an estimate for repairing an oil and coolant leak. The other big shops wanted $3k to "give it a try" without a guarantee and one of them told me they wouldn't even try fixing the issue. Best USA beat all of my previous quotes. They did this without looking at my previous quotes so I knew they were legit. The repairs were done on schedule and within budget.
