Sign in to reviewWent for the Goat hotpot and it did not disappoint it was very flavorful, hint of pho broth though. Loved the fried soft shell crab. We also ordered flat noodles it was so good we had to order a second one as well. Will definitely be going back. Only downside to this place it’s very dark inside, needs more lighting.
I've been twice, and both experiences were great. Atmosphere is very low key; quiet, dark and cool, local eatery, nothing fancy. 1st time was Friday lunch. $10 General Tsao's with hot & sour soup, egg roll, and rice; delicious and filling. I stopped here on the way to grocery store and afterward decided no need, I'll just eat here from now on. Saturday was 4th of July, so we bbq'd. Today is Sunday, and my stomach was upset. So I went back and had the chicken in garlic sauce with rice and jasmine tea. Dish was big enough to feed 3 easily, and loaded with water chestnuts and bamboo. My stomach thanks me. Now I have enough leftovers for 2 more meals. Definitely becoming my go to eatery in Hutto.
Our recent visit was SUPERB! The Pad Thai was fresh and hot, with just enough seasoning to melt in our mouths! The Sweet and Sour Shrimp was crisp and delicious, and the egg rolls were so crunchy and delightful! Service was quick and professional! A+++
This Vietnamese restaurant was amazing. The salt and pepper chicken wings were the highlight — perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor without being too salty. We also ordered the Korean fried chicken and orange chicken, and both were really good. The Korean fried chicken was crispy with a great sauce, and the orange chicken was sweet, tangy, and cooked just right. The atmosphere was welcoming, and what really stood out was how kind everyone was. There was a kid there who was super nice and polite, which added to the warm, family-friendly vibe of the place. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for great food and good energy.
I'm mainly so happy to find a lunch special that hasn't had inflation hit. It was only $10 to get a hot and sour or egg drop soup, an entree + rice, and an egg roll. Hot green tea is $2 so in total, this is so cheap compared to eating at a franchise in the area. I liked my broccoli chicken and the egg roll. The egg drop soup was ok.
