Sign in to reviewI found this business on Yelp and couldn't be more happier. I had attempted to bleach & color my own hair and unfortunately I screwed it all up. I knew I needed a miracle and fast. I made an appt right away based on all the outstanding reviews and had the pleasure of having Lyn do my hair. She was great. I explained my concerns and what I wanted and she had a pretty good plan on how to help get my hair color corrected and damage free. It took time of course and I was so exhausted I even fell asleep on & off. But she worked diligently and the end result was stunning! I'll be going back for sure! Thank you Lyn for your amazing service! See y'all soon.
Lyn did an excellent job correcting my previous color and creating a beautiful balayage. She also included a conditioning treatment that left my hair feeling healthy and refreshed. I absolutely love the results! What stood out most was how thoroughly she explained the process and gave me practical advice on how to care for my hair and maintain the color. Her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire experience wonderful. I highly recommend Lyn and will definitely be returning.

Kelly absolutely nailed the haircut and style that I've been looking for. Back in 2022 I had a cut that I loved and I've been chasing the same one since and haven't been successful in getting it...until today! She took one look at the photo and knew exactly what to do. She also suggested a hair treatment to hydrate and condition my hair which I agreed to because my hair has been looking rough to say the least. I left Big Ben feeling amazing! My hair is soft and healthy and cut just right. Thank you, Kelly!
It was my first time at Big Ben Hair Salon and Lyn did my hair, and OMG I seriously love it. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she really took her time to understand exactly what I wanted based on my inspo pics, which made such a big difference. Her service was incredible, from the color/highlights to the keratin treatment, haircut, and styling, everything was done so well.
