Sign in to reviewI had a wonderful experience at this ice cream shop. Wisa service was truly beautiful—she was very kind, attentive, and made me feel very welcome from the very first moment. She did an excellent job, and her warm attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back, not only for the ice cream but also for the amazing service.
Visited Bigdash Richardson yesterday with family. The queue was quite long, and despite having 6–7 employees, only one person was managing outside. The service felt slow and a bit unenthusiastic, like the staff was already exhausted. They do have a good variety of sweets, but unfortunately there were no savory or unsweetened options available, which was disappointing. The overall service speed could definitely be improved. On the positive side, the food flavor was fine and the kunafa was actually quite good. Overall, it was an okay experience, but considering other locations of the same brand offer better service, I’m not sure if I’d come back to this one.
I absolutely love coming to Big Dash whenever we want quality desserts. They have so many options to choose from, a dessert heaven for sure. The music is amazing and customer service excellent! Thanks Aladdin for taking care of us!! As you can tell from my picture I couldn't wait, had to sample them all. Check them out, you won't regret it!!!
They did a wonderful job on the pistachio cake I ordered for my birthday! It was such a pretty cake we almost didnt want to cut into it, and it was the perfect visual for a springtime birthday. Taste was amazing too, especially the cream swirls on top!
My first time in this pastry shop! So beautiful and an amazing experience! I was happy to find that they have the ice cream that is shaped like the actual fruit! I’m coming back with my friend to taste this! However, The service was amazing and the pastries are so delicious! You should definitely stop by and bring a friend! 10/10 highly recommend!
